Coordinating across time zones—whether for international business, remote teams, or family abroad—can be challenging. As someone based in West Africa who frequently collaborates with U.S. colleagues, I've relied on Windows 10's built-in tools to add multiple clocks. This keeps me on track without constant Google searches. Below, I'll walk you through two straightforward methods to display clocks for different regions on your Start menu or taskbar.

These features are perfect for professionals managing global clients or anyone dealing with jet lag and time differences.
My PC defaults to West Africa Time. In this guide, I'll demonstrate adding a clock for Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and select Alarms & Clock from the app list.

Or search for Alarms in the taskbar and click Alarms & Clock.

Step 2: Switch to the Clock tab on the Alarms & Clock homepage.

This shows your local time, date, and a map pinpointing your location.
Step 3: Click the + icon in the bottom-right corner to add a new clock.

A search bar appears above the map.
Step 4: Type a city, state, or country name (e.g., "Baltimore").

Suggestions appear as you type.
Step 5: Select your desired location from the dropdown. The clock and time difference are added to the dashboard, with a new map pin.

Step 6: Right-click the new clock and choose Pin to Start.

Step 7: Confirm by clicking Yes.

Now, open the Start menu to see the live clock tile.

To avoid mix-ups, pin your local clock too: Right-click Local Time on the Clock dashboard, select Pin to Start, and confirm.

Your Start menu now displays multiple labeled clocks. Repeat Steps 1-7 for more.

For taskbar access, you can add up to two additional clocks (plus your local one).
Step 1: Search for and open Control Panel.

Step 2: Click Clock and Region.

Step 3: Under Date & Time, select Add clocks for different time zones.

Note: Limited to two extra clocks on the taskbar.
Step 4: Check Show this clock for the first additional clock.

Step 5: Choose a time zone from the dropdown.

Step 6: Customize the display name (e.g., "Baltimore") for clarity.

Step 7: Repeat for the second clock if needed.

Step 8: Click Apply, then OK.

Hover over the taskbar clock for tooltips showing all times. Click it to view clocks above the calendar.

These methods streamline global scheduling. Troubleshooting: If your taskbar clock vanishes, check the linked guide below to restore it.
