Level up by recruiting Toads to your kingdom through impressive runs. Aim for 60+ Toads per Rally by performing floating jumps (tap mid-air), enemy bounces, and coin collection to trigger Starman mode. Losing the coin count to your ghost opponent costs Toads, so prioritize coins.
Stock up on Rally Tickets via pink/purple/black coins in World Tour, daily ? blocks in your kingdom, and Friend Houses. Visit mode yields 2 tickets, ? blocks up to 50, and Friend Houses a few daily.
Level 20 unlocks at 4,000 Toads—your kingdom's max level cap, though you can grow to 9,999 Toads. Your castle expands fully, and Build Mode gifts activate.
Progress every 200 Toads per level; castles expand every 1,000 (five levels). The final jump from 19 to 20 requires 1,000 Toads—grind Rally relentlessly. Level 20 signals completion of core goals, but endless expansion awaits.
