On the Gmail mobile app, the process mirrors desktop: compose your email, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and select your send time.
Managing scheduled emails is straightforward. Access the new "Scheduled" folder on desktop or mobile, open any message, and hit "Cancel send" in the top-right to pull it back to Drafts.
