Download from the Microsoft Store or use web.whatsapp.com in your browser. Your smartphone must have WhatsApp installed and be linked.
Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings > Linked Devices, and scan the QR code on your desktop or web screen.
In a chat on desktop/web, click the emoji icon, then the sticker icon next to it.
