Be patient—processing takes 24+ hours, often 2-3 days in my experience. Check the "Download data" tab; it'll show "Pending" until ready. You'll get a ZIP file via web login, with an "Activity" folder containing "Video Navigation" listing dates and URLs of viewed videos.
Data is available for 4 days post-download. It's a goldmine for rediscovering content and tracking habits.
