The Custom Mixtape on your homepage pulls from frequently played songs and similar tracks. While powerful, it's not perfect—it might include unwanted additions.

Spot a mismatch? Tap the dislike button. Your likes and dislikes train the algorithm for hyper-personalized results. The more feedback you provide, the better it gets.

YouTube Music caps liked songs at 5,000, which can skew recommendations. To manage this, go to Library > Liked songs, tap the three-dot menu next to any track, and select Remove. This includes songs liked via the main YouTube app.


For downloads, tap the download icon under playlists or the three-dot menu > Download for individual tracks.
