Click the Easy Setup button in the sidebar (looks like a gear icon), then select Start page.

Need more options? In Easy Setup, click Get more wallpapers. This opens the add-ons page—pick and install your favorite.Wallpapers customize your start page background, while themes alter the browser's overall appearance. Open Easy Setup and switch between Light, Dark, or System (which matches your OS). Custom themes from add-ons aren't supported anymore—sync with your Windows theme instead for the best results.
