As a longtime Wunderlist user, I appreciate Microsoft's smooth migration path. In To-Do settings, select 'Import from Wunderlist,' log in with your credentials, and all tasks transfer instantly.

Since iOS 13 replaced 3D Touch with intuitive long-press gestures, Microsoft To-Do makes full use of it. Long-press the app icon for quick access to Search, My Day, or adding new tasks—perfect for on-the-go reminders. Note: Widgets are not yet supported.

To-Do's tight Outlook integration shines here. Flag an email in Outlook, and it appears in To-Do automatically. I flag credit card statements, set due-date reminders, and never hunt for emails again. Disable in settings if preferred.

Follow iOS dark mode flawlessly, plus customizable pastel themes and backgrounds per list. Tap the three-dot menu on any list and choose 'Change theme' for a personal touch. Custom gallery images would be a welcome addition.

Smart parsing detects dates and times automatically. Type 'Buy milk at 6 PM' or 'Cancel Netflix on March 20,' tap the suggestion, and it's scheduled precisely—saving valuable time.

Siri integration offers two ready-made shortcuts in Settings > Siri Shortcuts: 'Add new task' or 'Open group list.' Say 'Hey Siri, add a new task,' and you're in action instantly.

Swipe left on a task to add to My Day, drag to reorder/move lists, or swipe right to delete. These fluid gestures streamline list management without menus.

Share entire lists via invite links for family shopping, event planning, or team projects. Tap the share icon above any list to generate the link and sync in real-time.
