As a productivity enthusiast who's managed tasks with countless apps over the years, I finally found my go-to: Microsoft To Do on Android. Its seamless features, integration across devices, and intuitive design make it stand out. Whether you're new or a seasoned user, these 14 battle-tested tips will help you harness its full potential.

By default, lists appear in creation order, with new ones at the bottom. Easily customize this for better workflow.
Step 1: Open Microsoft To Do and tap the three-bar icon in the upper left.

Step 2: Long-press a list name and drag to rearrange.

Default icons are uniform, but visuals aid quick recognition. Swap them out effortlessly.
Step 1: From the navigation drawer, enter the list.
Step 2: Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right and select Rename List.


Step 3: Tap the emoji icon on the left, choose one, and save.


Prefer your own emoji? Add it directly via keyboard during renaming (before setting an icon). If one exists, remove it first via the emoji icon, then add yours.
