Board names help you quickly identify collections, and descriptions add extra context. To edit, open the board and tap the pencil icon. Update the name and description on the edit screen.

Keep boards private with secret boards—visible only to you and invited collaborators. Pins stay hidden from public view.
Create one during setup or edit an existing board and toggle "Keep secret" on.

Collaborate by inviting others to pin to your board—perfect for group projects or social media teamwork. Collaborators can view and save pins.
On mobile, open the board, tap Add, then "Add collaborators." On web, use the collaborator icon.

Subdivide boards into sections for better organization. For a recipes board, try "Veg" and "Non-Veg"; for DIY, "Clothes," "Home," "Garden." Pins remain visible in the main board but categorized in sections.
On mobile, tap "Add section." On web, click Add and select "Section."

Discover similar boards easily—Pinterest's algorithm shines here. On mobile, long-press the board and swipe to the lightbulb "related boards" icon.

Share board links inside or outside Pinterest via WhatsApp, email, or more.
On mobile, go to Saved tab, long-press board, swipe to Share. On web, click Share.

Switch from standard grid to List or Large view for boards. Tap or click the mode options at the top.

Customize order beyond default (recently modified first). Choose Alphabetical, Newest, Oldest, etc., via Sort icon. On web, drag and drop.

Hide boards without deleting—pins stay safe, no recommendations based on it. Open board, edit, select "Archive." To restore, check our unarchive guide. Download pins before permanent delete.
